All our products have 12 months shelf life however use the product
within 4 months of opening the packaging

3. Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while

Our products have not been tested on pregnant women and
lactating mothers. Please consult with your dermatologist before use.

4. How do I check whether I am allergic to the product or ingredient/

All Earth Ritual products are tested clinically and are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and are safe to use, however some people are allergic to natural ingredients. If you are still unsure about the product’s reaction (if any) on your skin, you can conduct a patch test.

5. Do Earth Ritual products contain paraben, sulphate, formaldehyde petroleum, silicons, heavy metals?

Earth Ritual products are free from paraben, sulphate, formaldehyde, petroleum, silicone, heavy metals.

6. How soon does Earth ritual restock products?

Our products are made in small batches. We do not guarantee a

B. Order queries

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Does Earth Ritual offer express shipping?

All domestic orders, once processed, are shipped within 7 working days.

To check the status of your order, log in to your account from Earth Ritual’s website. Click on ‘My Orders’ for ongoing orders and order history.

5. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, through Earth Ritual website by using one of the following options: (i) Your account section on the website or (ii) The chat service enabled on the website.

Please note: If an order is not cancelled within 1 hour of placing it, you will not be allowed to cancel the order. A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour of placing them on the website. The money will be refunded to you within 24 to 48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

6. What forms of payment do you accept? Is my payment secure?

We offer multiple, secure ways to pay for your order which include Credit & Debit card, Net Banking and UPI.

1. How can I create an Earth Ritual account?

You can create an Earth Ritual account by registering with your email ID when prompted or use the top right-hand side icon to sign up. You could also go to the accounts section of the homepage to create an account.

2. Is it possible to edit my shipping/billing address?

All the changes in the shipping/billing address can be made in the ‘My Account’ section of the website. Once changed, your new address will be applicable for orders placed after the change is made.

3. How can I change my login email ID?

4. What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

To reset your password, please click on the ‘Forgot password’ button on the log-in page.
